From Saturday, 21st March 2026, we’ll be moving to an off-peak timetable for our Waiheke Walk-Up ferry service. Helpfully, this timetable will be familiar to you – we put this in place annually at the end of our busy peak season: View the timetable here

What this means for you:

  • Walk-Up ferries will now operate on our off-peak timetable between Auckland and Waiheke Island; this also provides commuter/regular traveller 30 minutes frequency at peak times;
  • Our Waiheke Reserve sailings can still be booked in advance giving you early boarding with minimal queuing; and
  • We encourage customers to check for updates to sailing times and/or to our other products/services before travelling, on our Fullers360 app, website and social channels and keep an eye out for further service updates.

This change allows us to operate our ferry services efficiently while fuel costs remain significantly higher across the transport sector which we can’t ignore. Rest assured, we’re focused on ensuring reliable and sustainable travel for our customers while staying prepared to respond as necessary if changes are needed.

We know how important these services are to visitors to the island and the Waiheke Island community, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate these fuel cost pressures on our business. Thank you for your continued support.
